Eduardo Schubert defines himself as a business designer. With more than 25 years in the insights and intelligence market, he was one of the founders and CEO of Indicator Market Research. Graduated in Business Management at FGV and OPM from Harvard Business School. More recently he founded SAX, a firm specialized in Customer Experience Innovation working with different disciplines such as research, behavior design and service design. Active participant in trade associations; a member of some of the early ESOMAR initiatives to discuss the NewMR, RELEAS and WIN. He spends his time between São Paulo and Itu, between books and photos, cooking pans and music records.
