Suzana has twenty years of experience as a market researcher, provocatively contributing with consumer insights to drive better businesses for a better world. Suzana is the Strategic Insights & Business Intelligence Director at Johnson & Johnson Consumer in Latin America. Together with her team, she is responsible for providing insights for guiding decisions for all J&J consumer units and brands in the region. Previously to Johnson & Johnson, Suzana has worked for Unilever and Nestle. In the early years of her career, she also had the opportunity to work for market research agencies. Suzana has a Master degree in Contemporary Communication and Culture and a Graduation degree in Social Sciences.
