For more than three decades, Zilda has worked in areas that converge to a broad understanding of Human Behavior, Innovation and Consumer Insights. She received a B.A. in Social Sciences (UFRJ, Brazil), a Post-Graduation degree in Marketing (ESPM, RJ) and a Masters in Social Anthropology (Museu Nacional, UFRJ, Brazil). Zilda was the first Anthropologist to conduct research about Advertising and Consumer Behavior in Brazil, and to publish the first book about this theme ( A Ideologia do Publicitario, Ed. Achiemê). Zilda has been teaching and giving lectures about Marketing Research and Marketing Intelligence for more than 20 years in Masters and MBA courses in several Institutions.
